FIRST STEP
Wash the zucchini and remove the ends.
2ND STEP
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise; place them in a baking dish.
STEP 3
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C (thermostat 8).
STEP 4
Cut the pepper into small cubes. Put the cubes in a bowl, add the olive oil, a few sprigs of parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix then finish by adding the balsamic vinegar.
STEP 5
Place the remaining parsley on the zucchini, season with salt and pepper.
STEP 6
Add the garnish to the zucchini and bake for 20 minutes.
