For 3 persons:
- 6 endives
- 6 slices ham
- liquid soy cream (1 jar) + 3 spoonfuls of pepper cream
- garlic 1 to 3 cloves depending on size
- grated guryeres (1 bag)
- 1 table spoon of butter
Preparation of the recipe :
Thinning out the leaves of the endives to cook them in boiling water.
When they are cooked let them drain.
Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, add the crushed garlic, then pour in the fresh cream, add salt and pepper, and add the grated Gruyère cheese, keeping a part for the gratiné.
Role the endives with ham and put them in an ovenproof dish with your cream preparation and finish by putting the rest of the grated Gruyere cheese on top.
To make gratiner during approximately 10 to 20 min with hot oven.
